First session for this academic year at Mahesh Vidyalay Marathi Medium conducted about Leadership. Around 35 students attended the session.
There three important leadership skills.
- Try to know what and who you are. Always respect yourself. Don’t think less of yourself.
- Take a lead, take initiative.
- Be a good communicator.

In this session innovation topic was conducted. The important Innovation skills are
- Be a change maker.
- Be inquisitive. Inquire. Ask questions. Go to the roots. Think of new ideas.
- Be resilient. Stick to your plan. Do not quit till the goal is met.
The innovation session talks about: i. Nothing remains the same. Everything is changing. Be aware of the changes and competition and their impact on our lives. ii. think how to make things better, cheaper and faster. Be curious, observant, and inquisitive. ask questions. iii. Be determined. Do not quit till you find the solution.
