How GLIFE concept evolved and why it is need of the hour?
Few years back when GLIFE founder Shrinarayan Chandak started interaction with graduate students (MBA and engineering); he realized that there is something missing in the academic curriculum. Many students were not confident enough to talk and to take initiative. They were not empowered with practical knowledge, interpersonal skills, innovative leadership and the pursuit of Excellence and Entrepreneurship. The excessive emphasis on the academic knowledge has created a serious void with respect to the real-world requirements. It adversely affects one’s productivity and growth.
The G-LIFE program is designed to address these deficiencies. Also, the G-LIFE program is conducted in a manner that it is easy to understand and achieve the core qualities. Although the program is generic to all stages of life; it is best to initiate at the early stage of learning life.
During 2015 to 2019, we tested this program through over 600 teachers via the Teachers Training Programs. It was also carried out among the High School students. Because of vast acceptance and appreciation of the program; we decided to launch the current program which can be scaled up rapidly. Here, we provide many tools such as Videos, Banners, PPTs, Training and Training Manual to the potential Workshop Facilitators. In addition, we provide an access to a dynamic website.
